Mayanti Langer - she needs no introduction, having been associated with the sports anchoring for several years now. Mayanti is also married to a cricketer, Stuart Binny.
The 34-year-old started her hosting career with a show called Football Cafe on Zee Sports. She then went on to host the 2010 FIFA World Cup, 2010 Commonwealth game and finally ventured into the cricket field.
Mayanti returned to IPL 2022 as a host after taking a two-year break from the tournament as she gave birth to a child. She was replaced by Australian broadcaster Neroli Meadows in IPL 2020 and 2021.
Mayanti's maiden IPL stint came in 2018 when Star Network acquired the broadcasting rights for the cash-rich league.
Mayanti is married to former India & Rajasthan Royals cricketer Stuart Binny, who is the son of former Indian cricketer Roger Binny. Mayanti and Stuart were blessed with a baby boy in August 2020.
Mayanti hosted the 2011 World Cup and the 2015 edition of the tournament as well. She went on to host several bilateral series and T20 World Cups.

Mayanti grew her interest in football when she was in the USA. She was in her college football team in the beginning and then became a guest anchor for a broadcast of FIFA beach football.
She is a BA(Hons) graduate from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
