Sunrisers Eastern Cape (SEC) beat Durban Super Giants (DSG) in the final of the SA 20 2024 to win clinch the title for the second consecutive time. Batting first, Sunrisers put up 204 for 3 in 20 overs all thanks to fifties from Tom Abell and Tristan Stubbs. Aiden Captain Markram also slammed unbeaten 42 while Jordan Hermann too scored same number of runs. Super Giants were no match to this total as they got bowled out for just 115 in 17 overs. Team owner Kaviya Maran was the happiest person on earth as she was seen celebrating the win like a child. Take a look at pics below.

Tom Abell was adjudged as the Player of the Match for his brilliant 34-ball 55 run knock that came at the strike rate of 161.76. His innings included 8 fours and 2 sixes respectively and paved the way for the eventual win. (Image: Instagram)

Kaviya Maran has seen worst days in office in the IPL. She also runs cricket for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and their last few year's poor run has brought Kaviya only brickbats.
