S Sreesanth to Mohammed Shami: Top cricketers booked in police case, in pics

Shanthakumaran Sreesanth was imprisoned in Tihar jail for nearly a month in 2013, along with the other two Rajasthan Royals players, Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan, for their alleged involvement in spot-fixing. Sreesanth was earlier handed a life-ban for spot-fixing which has subsequently been overturned by Supreme Court and the paceman is now free to play in professional cricket. (Source: Twitter)

Ben Stokes was arrested in the early hours of 25 September, 2017, after a night out with England teammates to celebrate victory over the West Indies in an international match earlier in the day. Stokes has since been acquitted of all the charges. (Source: Twitter)

Team India paceman Mohammed Shami was booked in a police case on the complaint of his wife Hasin Jahan. Hasin charged Shami with domestic abuse as well as match-fixing.
