The world cricket is changing, and Sehwag seems to be the man Indian cricket needs to match other team's aggessive style of play. If needed, Sehwag can become coach just for the T20s.

Pandit has been a standout coach in domestic cricket, winning Ranji Trophy titles for Mumbai, Vidarbha and Madhya Pradesh in the past few years. He is a brilliant tactician who is respected by all. Pandit was named as coach of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) ahead of IPL 2023. He is known for his unique methods to coach and can be an ideal candidate for the job.

Bharat Arun has already been a part of India's coaching setup. He was the bowling coach till November 2021 and did a superb job with the Men in Blue. Under him, Jasprit Bumrah, Ishant Sharma, Mohammed Shami, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Mohammed Siraj got better and better. Arun is a smart brain and made for the job.
