Mumbai: One of Indian TV’s popular stars – Anas Rashid – best known for essaying the role of Suraj Rathi in ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’, is all set to lose his bachelorhood. Yes, you read that right.

The hunk of an actor will be marrying a girl of his parents’ choice.

The lucky girl named Heena hails from his hometown Malerkotla and the wedding is expected to take place by this year end, a Bollywoodlife.com report suggests.

Anas is doing a Shahid Kapoor by getting hitched to a girl almost a decade younger than him! Anas is 38, while the girl, who works in Chandigarh, is just 24!

The actor had no qualms agreeing to get married to a girl of his mother’s choice and is happy to have found Heena. He wishes to know her even better before marriage and also let her take a call regarding her career post marriage.
