Bangkok: Thai Parliamentarians were in for a surprised on Wednesday when a picture of a half-naked woman appeared on a screen near the Speaker, during deliberations on the crucial constitution amendment bill.

The woman was wearing a white shirt covering the top half of her body, but had nothing covering the lower part except her hand, reports said.
The picture appeared on the screen while an opposition MP was speaking during the debate. The picture was seen in three intervals of five seconds each, alternating with the picture of MPs in the House of Representatives chamber deliberating the charter amendment bill.
Parliament staff quickly turned off the monitor.
Speaker Somsak Kiatsuranont said the picture might have come from outside the Parliament premises. The process to buy equipment to block such intrusions is still underway.
He asked the House secretariat to probe the incident.
