New Delhi: India's limited-overs skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has achieved a lot of success in international cricket while leading Men in Blue.
On Monday, while playing against Sri Lanka in an Asia Cup T20 match, Dhoni achieved yet another feat, becoming the first skipper to hit 200 sixes in international cricket.
Known for his lusty blows, Dhoni smacked a straight six over Milinda Siriwardana's head to touch the 200 mark. It took Dhoni 315 innings to reach the mark.
With 171 sixes, former Australian skipper Ricky Ponting is on the 2nd spot.
Dhoni's 35 catches and 17 stumping in 61 matches also makes him the second wicketkeeper after Pakistan's Kamran Akmal to effect 50 dismissals or more in all three formats of International cricket.
India have already reached the final of the Asia Cup.
