New Delhi: After helping India to a rare series Down Under, Indian vice-captain Virat Kohli on Friday revealed his love for Australia. India beat Australia by 27 runs in the second Twenty20 International at Melbourne Cricket Ground to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.

After the match, Kohli said, "I love coming to Australia. There is good pace, there is good bounce, I love the challenge, and we get good Indian crowds as well."

Continuing is superb form, the Delhi batsman scored an unbeaten 59 off 33 deliveries with the help of seven fours and a six in India's 184 for 3. In the first match of the series, the 27-year-old had scored another unbeaten knock of 90. And the right-handed batsman won back-to-back man-of-the-match award for his batting exploits.

"Nothing different from back home, I am very happy. I could contribute at an important time. We sealed the series today," he added.

Kohli also hailed the solid foundation provided by the openers Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma. The Indian openers posted a 97-run partnership in just 11 overs.

"Shikhar took a bit of time getting into the one-day series, but he is showing how dangerous he is. And Rohit, once he gets going, there is no better sight. The way they went after the bowling it can demoralise sides," Virat said.
