The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) then ignored him for an off season training camp for U-19 probables.
The right-hander failed to put up a significant show in the Thane Premier League and Thosar Trophy as well.
He will now head to England on a 16-day trip with Worli Cricket Club. The team will play nine practice matches in Leicester.
