ICC World Twenty20: Watch out for Imran Tahir and Adil Rashid, says Anil Kumble

New Delhi: Ravichandran Ashwin has been termed as the best spinner at the ICC World Twenty20.

However, former India captain Anil Kumble believes teams must also be wary of South Africa's Imran Tahir and England's Adil Rashid.

Kumble said Tahir's experience of playing in the Indian Premier League will hold him in good stead at the mega event.

“Imran Tahir is definitely seen as a key member of the South African team and the key to their success in the shorter format. He will be a player to watch. He understands Indian conditions well because of the time he has spent in India, play ing the IPL. That will give him confidence. Another spinner to watch will be Adil Rashid from England,” the legendary leg-spinner told the TOI

Kumble also stated that spinners always play a key role in the T20 format and this tournament will be no different.
