The over started with 2 wides, which was followed by two singles.

14 runs from the over. Shoaib Malik was clueless.

Over 10 || Score 60/3 (Kohli 20; Yuvraj 15); Target 119

Shahid Afridi finally introduced Wahab Riaz. Virat Kohli welcomed the left-arm paceman with an impoverished pull shot, which would have resulted to a 2 at max. But an ill-timed dive from Sharjeel Khan at deep mid-wicket dragged the ball into the ropes. Four runs.

Riaz however done well to concede six runs from the over.

India need another 59 runs from 48 balls.

Over 9 || Score 54/3 (Kohli 15; Yuvraj 14); Target 119

Bowling change for Pakistan. Shahid Afridi introduced ever effective Shoiab Malik into the attack.

The off-break bowler started conceding a single, but he managed to get a thick edge of Yuvraj Singh. A slip fielder would have completed an easy catch.

Brilliant running between the Indian batsmen and the over yielded eight runs.

As usual Shahid Afridi completed a super fast over. He conceded six runs, all singles. And it showed how both Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh have applied themselves to the situation.

India need another 73 runs from 10 overs.

Over 7 || Score 40/3 (Kohli 10; Yuvraj 6); Target 119

Virat Kohli is pure class. Even with the ball moving in such pace, got enough time played a delicate cover drive for his first four.

That's how he treated Mohammad Sami, who rattled India moments ago.

It was followed by a single, then Yuvraj Singh played a glorious cover drive. But the left-handed batsman almost gave his wicket away with a mistimed pull shot, which landed in no-man's land. A single for all his efforts.

Good over for India. 10 runs from it.

Over 1 || Score 4/0 (Rohit 1; Dhawan 1); Target 119

Expecting it to swing, and a pitch-up delivery almost got Rohit Sharma undone of the first ball. That's how Mohammad Amir started his spell. In a bid to deceive the batsman, Amir committed himself too much, and a wide.

Then, Rohit got his first run with a single, playing from the back-foot, towards fine-leg. No, it was leg bye.

After some delay, adjusting the side-screens and glitters coming from numerous mobile phone flashes, play resumed with Shikhar Dhawan with a single.

India, to have a realistic chance of qualifying for the semi-finals, need to win today.
