James Anderson`s King pair: Here`s how England pacer responded to Virender Sehwag`s `Karma Bites` remark
Anderson, who made a comeback from injury for the second Test, couldn`t open his account in both innings where he was dismissed by Ravichandran Ashwin and Jayant Yadav respectively.
New Delhi: Former Indian cricket Virender Sehwag on Monday trolled England speedster James Anderson after the latter scored a king pair during the second Test against India at Visakhapatnam.
Anderson couldn't open his account in both innings where he was dismissed by Ravichandran Ashwin and Jayant Yadav respectively.
Sehwag, who has been quiet on social micro-blogging site Twitter lately, was back at his best when he reminded the fans about one match in 2011 where Anderson had dismissed him for a King pair.
"Jimmy Anderson made me pay tribute to Aryabhatta by getting me out for a King pair in 2011. Today,he too got a King pair," Viru tweeted.
Anderson, who made a comeback from injury for the second Test, took Viru's tweet in right spirit and responded with a smiley.
The 34-year-old also said that he was happy to be back in the squad and was looking forward to the remaining three matches.
Result & king pair aside, I loved being back out there with the boys. Lots of cricket still be played in this series. We'll fight back," he Tweeted.
