Harmer, who is not an established spinner in the squad, was introduced in the 9th over of the innings and he immediately made impact with some early turn from the wicket.

Harmer picked four wickets of Cheteshwar Pujara, Rohit Sharma, Wriddhiman Saha and Amit Mishra.

While Harmer troubled the Indian batsmen a lot, Imran Tahir, who was expected to cause maximum damage in the series, once again looked a shadow of himself as he picked just one wicket of Ravichandran Ashwin.

Now that the wicket will assist spinners in the remaining days, South Africa would be hoping Tahir finds his magic touch as well to help them make a comeback in the series.
