New Delhi: Ninth edition of the Indian Premier League has not gone as per plan for the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
After the controversy over the removal of Harsha Bhogle from the commentary team, the Indian board is now facing a logistical crisis after the Bombay High Court ordered shifting of 13 IPL matches out of drought-hit Maharashtra.
Wading into the ongoing debate of playing IPL games during such acute water crisis in the state, former India cricketer Vinod Kambli took a jibe at his childhood friend and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.
Taking to social micro-blogging site, Kambli stated that the best person to voice an opinion on this would be none other than Tendulkar.
Regarding the water crisis in Maharashtra n IPL matches to be shifted.I feel the best person to answer will be Bharat Ratna #srt
