Meanwhile, RCB have enjoyed a mixed run so far winning six and losing five games with having got one of their games washed away.

SRH come from a vital winning performance against the Kings XI Punjab where they won the game by five runs in a rain-curtailed encounter. RCB come to this game after losing a ten-over tie against KXIP after having failed to chase down a target of 107 runs.

A win for David Warner's side will help them climb up to the second position in the points table and equal CSK's tally. For Virat Kohli, picking up the two points will be crucial as they could stay in the hunt for a top-four place. SRH will be hoping to make the home game conditions work in their favour.

The last time SRH and RCB met in April 2015, the former won the match convincingly by eight wickets.

As two IPL sides clash who look to gain momentum, we highlight a key player from each side who could help his side emerge victorious at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad.

David Warner (SRH)

The Aussie stalwart has been in supreme form and that has been visible throughout the series. Warner has led SRH very well so far and has made sure they are sticking well and getting results in their favour. Warner has been lethal so far and has scored 504 runs in the tournament. He leads the run scoring list after having played some vital knocks. He will be crucial again alongside Shikhar Dhawan upfront. His approach against Mitchell Starc will be the key.

AB de Villiers (RCB)

The South African international has amassed a total of 446 runs and a promotion to No. 3 in the batting order has been the key for RCB. AB smashed 133* against the Mumbai Indians recently as the high profile batting line-up have mustered some very high scores in the tourney. AB's influence will play a key role for RCB against a good bowling attack of SRH. AB's batting up the order could lay the platform for a big total for RCB. Moreover, his brilliance in the field, alongside his experience, will be vital for the visitors.
