New Delhi: Mumbai cricketer Pranav Dhanawade's historic 1009-run knock has won a lot of praise from the cricket fraternity. As experts, cricketers continue to discuss the marathon innings, Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh has asked whether the youngster is another Sachin Tendulkar in the making.

Earlier, Tendulkar himself praised the knock and asked the youngster to continue working hard.



On Monday, he remained unbeaten on 652 thereby breaking the record of AEJ Collins who scored an unbeaten 628 in a club match in England in 1899.


On Day 2 of the Bhandari Trophy tournament, Pranav went on to break the 1000-run barrier.
