New Delhi: After failed campaigns at the Asia Cup and World Twenty20, Pakistan cricket is undergoing yet another overhaul.
Sarfraz Ahmed was named T20I skipper after Shahid Afridi stepped down.
With Waqar Younis too relinquishing his post, Pakistan is without a coach at the moment.
In order to appoint his replacement, Pakistan Cricket Board advertised the job on their website.

Being coach of Pakistan is one of the toughest jobs in the world cricket. Apart from cricket-related issues, there is also a security threat.
While not many would want to sign up for that job, there is one former Indian cricketer who has expressed his interest at replacing Younis.
Taking to social micro-bogging site Twitter Vinod Kambli wrote to Pakistani journalist Asma Shirazi in regards to the same.
Kambli informed her that he was available to take up the job of Pakistan head coach.

When asked about the security threat in the country, Kambli said this:

While the former Mumbai batsman has no experience of coaching at the highest level, it would be interesting to see whether PCB get in touch with Kambli to discuss the matter further.
