New Delhi: Star cricketer Virat Kohli on Sunday had a special congratulatory message for the Indian football team and captain Sunil Chhetri after they beat Afghanistan to capture the SAFF Cup.
The Indian Test skipper's love for football saw him pick up a stake in Indian Super League franchise FC Goa in 2014.
Kohli also follows tennis closely and is the co-owner of the UAE Royals team in the International Premier Tennis League.
Kohli took to social micro-blogging site Twitter to wish Chhetri and his team on their historic triumph in Trivandrum.

India pulled off a comeback win against the Afghans in the final thanks to goals from Jeje and Chhetri. This was India's 7th SAFF Cup title.
