New Delhi: Virender Sehwag on Tuesday put all speculations to rest as he announced his retirement from International cricket with immediate effect.
After the announcement murderous batsman from Najafgarh thanked his colleagues and fans.

Viru is the only batsman along with Don Bradman, Chris Gayle and Brian Lara to have scored a triple century twice in Test matches.
The 37-year-old played 251 ODIs for India and scored 8273 at an average of 35.05.
As far as Tests cricket is concerned Viru represented India in 104 Tests and scored 8586 runs at an average of 49.34.
In the shortest format of the game, Sehwag accumulated 394 runs in 19 matches.
