New Delhi: Of late, Sachin Tendulkar has been in the new for a couple of reasons.

The much-awaited biopic of a film on his life was released on Thursday, drawing a terrific response.

Also, the master is part of an Indian government ad to promote the Skill India program.

In the touching ad, Sachin can be seen explaining to a carpenter that skills - be it at cricket or carpentry -  are equally important.

The 43-year-old drives home the point that no job should be looked down upon and skilled manpower will help the country fulfill its true potential.
