The 19-year-old is the only change in the West Indies squad, which now contains 14 players. The West Indies Cricket Board announced the squad for Jamaica Test on Thursday.

Alzarri was one of the stars in West Indies Under-19 World Cup triumph. He was the joint third-highest wicket taker in the tournament.

He has played eight First-class matches, taking 24 wickets. His inclusion in the squad will give Jason Holder an extra pace bowling option.

India won the first Test by innings and 92 runs at North Sound. The second Test starts Saturday.
