Zaheer Khan made his ODI debut on October 3, 2000 vs Kenya at Nairobi. It was a memorable debut for him as he picked three wickets for 48 runs in 10 overs.


Zaheer played 200 ODIs for India and picked 282 wickets.


His best bowling figures (5/42) came against Sri Lanka at Margao in 2007 which was his only five-wicket haul in the 50-over format.


Tests:


He made his Test debut against Bangladesh against Bangladesh at Dhaka in 2000.
