New Delhi: Leicester City's goal sensation Jamie vardy retained the Premier league player of the month award for November. Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri got the manager of the month award for his side's excellent run where he notched up two wins and a draw.

Vardy, who scored five goals in four matches for the Foxes in October, continued his dream run to net three in as many games in November to see his side stay in top of the Premier League. The England international has been in impressive form and is the highest scorer in the EPL after showing consistency for Leicester.


His tally including a record-breaking goal in his side's 1-1 draw with Manchester United.


The 28-year-old beat off competition from Ross Barkley (Everton), Romelu Lukaku (Everton), Harry Kane (Tottenham), Troy Deeney (Watford) and Dejan Lovren (Liverpool) to win the award.


Meanwhile, Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri has bagged the award for the manager of the month after stitching in two wins and a draw in November. Those include wins against Watford, Newcastle, and a draw against United.


Leicester play against Chelsea in Gameweek 16 on Monday.
