Johannesburg: Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp has dismissed rumours surrounding former skipper Steven Gerrard's return to the Anfield as a player but revealed that he will be happy to see the stalwart train alongside his squad.
Klopp, who succeeded Brendan Rodgers as manager, described Gerrard as legend and said that he would have no problem if the veteran midfielder wants to train at Liverpool ahead of next season in LA, Sport24 reported.
Earlier this year, Gerrard bid adieu to his boyhood club after 17 years to play for the Los Angeles Galaxy in Major League Soccer.
However, speculations that the veteran player could be loaned back to the Premier League club began to spread with the end of the North American season.
