Tired of harassment by colleague, national level basketball player commits suicide

New Delhi: A national level female basketball player on Saturday committed suicide after being harassed by a colleague.

The girl Arzu was being harassed by Deepesh Sankahvar claim her relatives, according to a report on ABP News website.

On Friday the boy visited the victim's residence, which resulted in a fight between him and her brother. Arzu was in depression since that day.

Her brother Shivam had even filed a complaint against Deepesh. Unfortunately, Arzu hanged herself on Saturday.

She was the captain of her school basketball team and had won second place at a national level basketball tournament in Gujarat.

Arzu's mother works in HAL and her father was in the air force.
