New Delhi: You really can't become one of the greatest Olympic athlete of all time without the right diet. Michael Phelps, who recently broke the 2,000-year-old record by winning his 22nd Gold medal at the Olympics, takes a staggering 12,500 Kcal diet.
An average human being consumes around 2500 calories a day, which is 5 times less than what the Swimming legend takes.
Phelps is known to swim around 50 miles every week, exercising for 5-6 hours a day, and this can only be achieved by eating such a huge calorific food.
