New Delhi: PV Sindhu on Thursday sailed into the finals of the women's singles badminton at the Rio Olympics.
The 21-year-old Indian crushed her Japanese opponent Nozomi Okuhara 21-19, 21-10 to assure India of its second medal of the Games.
Immediately after the Hyderabad girl's historic win, Bollywood legend took to social micro-blogging site Twitter to express his delight.
