But of late, India's Test skipper Virat Kohli too seems to have been bitten by the Federer bug.
Kohli, now co-owner of the IPTL's UAE Royals franchise that Federer plays for, first met the 17-time Grand Slam winner in January this year on the sidelines of the Australian Open.
On Thursday, the stylish batsman got another opportunity to catch up with the great man during IPTL's Dubai leg.
Having spent two days in Dubai, Kohli termed taking a selfie with Federer and team as his most favorite part of the trip.
"Now this is a royal selfie," Kohli wrote on his official Facebook page.
