The top seeds were looking to win all four Grand Slam women`s doubles titles, but suffered a shock 6-3, 6-2 loss to Czech pair Barbora Krejcikova and Katerina Siniakova in the third round.

The match lasted just over an hour with the Indo-Swiss pair losing three and four serves in the 1st and 2nd sets respectively.

Not a single team has managed to hold all four majors simultaneously since Serena and Venus Williams in 2010.
