Taipei: Taiwanese mobile manufacturer ASUS on Thursday announced a new 10.1-inch Android tablet "ZenPad 10" at the `Computex 2017` event here.

Powered by a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek 8735 processor, ZenPad 10 houses 4,650mAh battery and a reversible USB Type-C port.


The tablet features features ASUS VisualMaster, a suite of visual-optimisation technologies that includes ASUS Tru2Life and ASUS TruVivid.


"ASUS Tru2Life technology analyses each pixel in an image before it is displayed and performs intelligent contrast and sharpness adjustments to boost dynamic range, revealing even the smallest details to ensure an incredibly realistic viewing experience, " the company said in a statement.


The tablet features 2MP front camera and 5MP rear camera and runs on Android N operating system.
