New Delhi: Announcing the biggest surprise of the day, Chinese handset maker Xiaomi on Wednesday launched the much anticipated Mi TV 4 at an event in India.
Mi TV 4, claimed by the company to be slimmest TV in the world, is only 4.9 mm thin. The smart LED TV has been priced at Rs 39,999.
Alongside the smart TV, Xiaomi's Redmi Note 5 Pro made its global debut at the India event while Redmi Note 5 was also launched.
Xiaomi Mi TV 4 uses a Samsung panel. It comes with a 55-inch display, 4K UHD resolution (3840x2160). Mi TV 4 houses 2GB RAM, 8GB storage, 64-bit quad-core processor, Dolby audio. Connectivity options include WiFi, BT 4.0, Ethernet, and more.

The Mi TV4, Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro will go on sale on February 22 exclusively on Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Home.
Mi TV 4 comes with a limited period offer with free subscription, Mi IR cable and on-site installation for the first 3 months.
