Sudesh Lehri reacts to comparisons between ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ and ‘The Drama Company’

Mumbai: Krushna Abhishek’s new show ‘The Drama Company’ was launched Sunday night on the same channel that airs ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. Also featuring Sudesh Lehri, Krushna’s dearest friend, the new comedy show also has former members from Kapil Sharma’s team.

Naturally people were bound to make comparisons between the two shows. But Sudesh has something to say about it.

According to a report in dnaindia.com, Lehri, who was present at the launch event said, “At times, we feel two things might be the same. Comparisons are inevitable. See, people assumed that Dangal and Sultan would be the same as they revolve around wrestling but the content was so different. The Drama Company is unique as it has presenting skits. But comparisons are done by public and they have to see it first.”

‘The Drama Company’ also has Ali Asgar, Sugandha Mishra and Sanket Bhosle on board.

And now it will be interesting to see who garners more TRPs – Krushna Abhishek or his arc h rival Kapil Sharma.
