Another Shraddha Like Murder Case took place in bihar`s bhagalpur

The news of this shocking incident has come from Bhagalpur in Bihar. A woman named Neelam Devi was attacked with a knife by a criminal named Shakeel Miyan and injured in a gruesome manner late in the evening near Singhia bridge under Pirpainti police station area of the district.
