Case filed against 20 people including Ashish Mishra, there is talk of death due to firing by Mishra in the FIR

Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Kumar Mishra's son Ashish Mishra has denied the allegations. He said he was not part of the farmers' convoy in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri district on Sunday in which eight people were killed in the violence.
