DNA: Talaq-e-Hasan -- Why are problems of Muslim women still not ending?

In the year 2019, the central government had enacted a law against triple talaq, after which it was believed that atrocities against Muslim women would be reduced. But now two women have reached the court, calling this law incomplete justice.
