Heavy snowfall in many districts of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla receives snowfall after 19 years

A day after the heaviest snowfall in Shimla in nearly two decades in February, there was no electricity for residents and traffic jam issues were faced on Friday. The meteorological department said 57 cm of snow fell in the state capital in February after 2002, the heaviest snowfall in single day.
