I will not take my statement back: Kapil Mishra after EC notice

After receiving a notice from election commission on his controversial remark over 'India-Pakistan Delhi Election' statement. Kapil Mishra says he will not take his statement back. Earlier Kapil Mishra said that it will be India-Pakistan on Election Day in Delhi.
