West Bengal: 8 killed in accident during Durga idol immersion in Jalpaiguri

Eight people died due to a major accident during Durga idol immersion in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. During the immersion, the water level in the Mal river suddenly increased, due to which many people were washed away in the strong wave.
