AAP Vs BJP: Center`s ordinance on transfer`s of officers

The Center has issued an ordinance on the rights of the Delhi government. The final decision on transfer-posting of officers will be of the Lieutenant Governor. AAP has called the ordinance a dictatorship of the Center.
