Congress Presidential Poll: Former PM Manmohan Singh casts vote

Former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on October 17 cast his vote at All India Congress Committee (AICC) headquarters in Delhi for Congress Presidential Elections. Voting for the party's presidential polls commenced at 10 am today and will culminate at 4 pm.
