DNA: Video analysis of `Cyclone` before Biperjoy

Biperjoy has already started showing its effect even before the storm hit. According to the Meteorological Department, Biparjoy storm is moving at a speed of 9 kilometers per hour to hit Jakhau Port in Kutch district of Gujarat.
