Rahul Gandhi to challenge Surat Court`s decision soon

In the 2019 defamation case, the Surat court of Gujarat had sentenced Rahul Gandhi to two years imprisonment. Rahul's parliamentary membership was rejected after his conviction in the Modi surname case. There is a possibility of Rahul Gandhi challenging this decision.
