Amrullah Saleh: Taliban-ISIS collusion on Kabul Blast, both have roots in Haqqani Network

Former Afghanistan Vice President Amrullah Saleh has said that the roots of ISIS-Khorasan are linked to the Taliban and Haqqani network operating in Kabul. Saleh made this statement after several explosions outside Kabul airport.
