UN chief condemns North Korea over missile launch

United Nations: UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Monday condemned North Korea over its launch of a ballistic missile and called on Pyongyang to return to denuclearization.

"This action is in violation of Security Council resolutions and a threat to peace and security in the region," said Guterres in a statement by his spokesman.
