Zee 24 Taas Young Innovator Awards 2017-2018
In the age of technological revolution, there are so many ‘Ranchos’ who have gone beyond the normal course of life and created something out of the box to help and improve the current state of affairs in daily life.
Zee 24 Taas – the leading Marathi news channel of Maharashtra strives to bring forth the innovative efforts done by these young talents through 3rd edition of ‘Young Innovator Awards’.
We are inviting entries from students through colleges for any innovation/invention done in the field of Science/Engineering/Technology/Agriculture/Medicine. This year we are introducing a ‘Rancho’ category where in any non-student can also send entries in this category.
These entries could be an individual one or a group entry, where students need to send the description of their innovation with supporting documents like photographs or video through e-mail or post to Zee Media office.
Please note that the innovation/invention needs to be a breakthrough in that field rather than being just a college project and pilots of these innovations have been done on a primary level.
Short listing of entries would be done by eminent jury from the respective fields, where top twenty entries would be finalized for further screening. In the final process, top 7 entries would be selected by the veteran scientists & technical experts.
A gala felicitation ceremony will be held to recognize these young talents in the presence of Union/State Ministers, Eminent Scientists and other dignitaries.
The registration for entries will open on 24th March and last date for sending entries is 10th April 2018.
