Woman fined for driving too slow, Twitter erupts in `Is it my mum` jokes

There have many several instances of drivers being fined for over speeding. But, this woman in Canada was fined for driving 'too slow'.
A 47-year-old woman was on Wednesday charged with a fine after someone complained against her for driving slow and holding up traffic.
The incident left Twitterati in splits, warning their parents to avoid driving slowly.
She was allegedly penalised for driving at a speed of 40 km per hour on a highway, which was some 60 km per hour under the speed limit.
The incident took place on Wednesday evening at Highway 401 near Mallorytown, Ontario.
The speed limit on the high-speed lane was reportedly 50 km per hour.
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a phone call at around 8 PM following which they rushed to the spot.
Reports suggest that the woman was charged for 'unnecessarily slow driving, failing to obey signs and failing to provide proof of insurance'.
