At least nine persons, including women and children, were today killed when a speeding bus plunged into a deep ravine in a northwestern Pakistani city.
Peshawar: At least nine persons, including women and children, were today killed when a speeding bus plunged into a deep ravine in a northwestern Pakistani city.
The road accident occurred near Shinkiari in Mansehra district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa when the speeding bus skidded off the road and fell into a deep ravine, police said.
Injured people have been taken to a nearby hospital.
Road accidents are common in Pakistan because of little adherence to traffic rules and regulations by drivers.
