If the latest buzz is to be believed, ‘Dangal’ has crossed the Rs 1700 crore mark, thereby becoming the first Indian film to enter the club in terms of worldwide collections.

Based on the inspiring real-life story of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, the film showcases a father’s determination to train his daughters – Geeta and Babita – in a sport that is generally dominated by men.


Also starring Sakshi Tanwar, Zaira Wasim, Suhani Bhatnagar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra, ‘Dangal’ released in India on December 23, last year.
