Mumbai: Aamir Khan is ecstatic and he has all the reasons to celebrate. The actor’s film – ‘Dangal’ – has turned out to be the most successful non-Hollywood film at the Chinese Box Office. And the film’s global collection figure is gradually inching closer to that of SS Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali 2’ starring Prabhas.

The performances of ‘Dangal’ and ‘Baahubali’ at the Box Office have often been compared and Aamir is of the opinion that both the films are distinct in their own way.

"I am really happy that 'Dangal' is getting appreciated in China and all over the world. I don't think we should compare two films. 'Baahubali 2' is a very successful film. I haven't watched it yet but I am hearing a lot of good stuff about it from everyone around me. I would like to congratulate Rajamouli and his entire team," Aamir said on the sidelines of the grand premiere of Sachin Tendulkar's ‘Sachin: A Million Dreams’ here Wednesday night.

"I feel we shouldn't make a comparison between 'Dangal' and 'Baahubali 2' because both films are good in their own space and above all both films are Indian films which are making its mark all over the world. I am very proud of 'Baahubali' as well," he added

We can’t agree with Aamir more on this because both ‘Dangal’ and ‘Baahubali’ have made India proud in the global arena.

And for the uninitiated, ‘Baahubali 2’ too is gearing up to enthral the Chinese audiences and the makers intend to release the film in China soon.
