New Delhi: Central Board of Film Certification is once again not impressed by the content of a Bollywood film. This time, Nawazuddin Siddiqui's 'Babumoshai Bandookbaaz' has come under Censor Board's scrutiny. But, reportedly, producer Kiran Shroff had to undergo a lot of humiliation during the certification process.

Kiran was ridiculed for making 'such a film' because a movie like 'Babumoshai Bandookbaaz' was not expected from a 'woman'. "They (CBFC) told us that we have given 48 cuts in the film," Kiran said. Director Kushan Nandy stated, "A CBFC board member said, 'ye to pant shirt pehne huye hain woman thodi hain'."

The report further claims that Kiran remained silent during the same. "Then Pahlaj Nihalani came and told me that I am lucky that my film is not banned," Nandy was quoted as saying.

'Babumoshai Bandookbaaz' will hit cinemas on August 25 this year.
